Jim Register Senior Project Manager

Experience: 46 Years
Years with Tiffany Construction: 13 Years

Jim spent 22 years with Kiewit Construction as a Project Manager on heavy highway and multi million dollar projects before joining the TCC team.  As Project Manager and Site supervisor for TCC, Jim handles all of the coordination for our projects at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station and his knowledge and expertise make him our go-to mass excavation Project Manager.


Russ Lindley Construction Coordinator / Dispatch

Experience: 45 Years
Years with Tiffany Construction: 37 Years


The “Office Encyclopedia” began his career with TCC in 1980 after a stint with ADOT. As the longest tenured employee, Russ handles dispatching of equipment, procurement of rental equipment, job costing and reporting in addition to many other duties. Russ plans to continue working for TCC until he reaches his 50th anniversary with the company.


Kathleen Bonanno Project Engineer / Estimator

Experience: 16 Years
Years with Tiffany Construction: 6 Years

Kathleen currently works as a Project Engineer and Estimator and has been with Tiffany Construction for two years.  She has worked with heavy civil contractors for ten years managing projects for ADOT, the City of Phoenix and various municipalities and private owners.  Kathleen is also an Adjunct Professor in Engineering Technology through the Arizona chapter of the Associated General Contractors where she teaches construction math and civil blueprint reading. She earned a Master’s Degree from the Del E. Webb School of Construction and an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. 


Shawn Vermillion Project Manager / IT Coordinator

Experience: 19 Years
Years with Tiffany Construction: 11 Years

Shawn joined Tiffany Construction in 2007. 
He has 15+ years experience in CAD design and surface modeling on various software platforms. 
He is the resident technology expert handling Tiffany's computers, network, software, Topcon GPS equipment, volumetric and material quantity calculations.

Ryan Adams Project Engineer

Experience: 2 Yrs
Years with Tiffany Construction: 1 Yr

A 2017 Northern Arizona University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Ryan spent his first year out of college working for Granite Construction in Tucson. He then joined Tiffany Construction in 2018 as a Project Engineer in the Sedona office where he assists Herb Tiffany and Mike Garrison with the day to day operations of various projects.
