Shawn Vermillion Project Manager, IT Coordinator

Experience: 23 Years
Years with Tiffany Construction: 15 Years

Shawn joined Tiffany Construction in 2007. 
He has 15+ years experience in CAD design and surface modeling on various software platforms. 
He is the resident technology expert handling Tiffany's computers, network, software, Topcon GPS equipment, volumetric and material quantity calculations.
 

Mike Garrison Project Manager, General Superintendent

Experience: 33 Years
Years with Tiffany Construction: 20 Years

A lifetime resident of Camp Verde, Mike began his career in underground utility construction as an operator where his work ethic, personality and skill quickly led to management positions.  Through the years his experience has grown to include grading, underground utility repair and installation, paving and residential and commercial construction.  As the general superintendent and project manager of Northern Arizona, Mike is responsible for coordinating and managing TCC’s multiple crews and sub-contractors, from scheduling to completion, while acting as liaison for TCC with our valued clients and the general public.

 

Ryan Adams Project Engineer

Experience: 6 Years
Years with Tiffany Construction: 5 Years

A 2017 Northern Arizona University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Ryan spent his first year out of college working for Granite Construction in Tucson. He then joined Tiffany Construction in 2018 as a Project Engineer in the Sedona office where he assists Herb Tiffany and Mike Garrison with the day to day operations of various projects.

 

Tom Alexander Project Manager, Estimator

Experience: 28 Years
Years with Tiffany Construction: 7 Years

 

 

Tom has over 20 years experience as Project Manager, with eight years experience in the Heavy Civil Construction field concentrating on wet utility infrastructure construction.  His experience includes Alternative Project Delivery Methods, (CMAR and JOC ), for the Cities of Phoenix, Peoria and Tempe.  In addition, Tom managed and was the primary point of contact for numerous heavy civil construction projects for municipal, private, Federal and American Native interests throughout Arizona for contracts ranging from several thousands to several million dollars.

 

Lexi Livensparger Project Engineer

Experience: 7 Years
Years with Tiffany Construction: 7 Years

Lexi is a graduate of the ASU Del Webb School of Construction and interned with TCC for two years before graduating and offically joing the TCC team. She spends the majority of her time at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station where her dedication and attention to detail aid in the successful completion of many multi-faceted and challenging projects.
