Tiffany Construction Company (TCC) was organized in 1925 by H.C. Tiffany Sr. and his brother A.E. Tiffany.
Today, Tiffany Construction Company is licensed in Arizona with two offices, one in Sedona, and one in Phoenix. Early work included paving and grading but has since diversified to include a variety of heavy engineering construction.

Tiffany Construction Company has an excellent reputation in the industry with customers, engineers and suppliers. For this reason, much of our work is negotiated and we specialize in CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) Projects and Design/Build Work. We currently have JOC contracts with Coconino County, the City of Cottonwood, Town of Camp Verde and Kachina Village Improvement District to perform their ongoing service contracts and emergency repairs. We are included on many exclusive bidding lists for utilities and private businesses such as APS, Palo Verde Nuclear Plant, ADOT, Arizona Water Company, Bechtel, Cachet Homes, Pulte Homes, M+W Group, Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, City of Sedona, City of Cottonwood, Town of Clarkdale, and other City Municipalities.
