A subdivision in Flagstaff, Arizona, the Estates was a project that had 16 individual 10 acre parcels within Forest Highlands. Work consisted of clearing and grubbing while maintaining as much of the existing vegetation as possible, installation of a new private roadway with drainage structures, including ditches and culverts, the installation of guardrail, retiaining walls, and an 80′ long bridge.
