Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a way for organizations to get numerous, commonly encountered construction projects done quickly and easily though multi-year contracts. JOC contractors are selected on qualifications and typically the most qualified companies are offered a multi-year contract which allows them to provide estimates for requested work during the contract term.
With an emphasis on partnering and team work between owners and contractors, JOC provides methodology to execute a wide variety of indefinite delivery and quantity at a fixed maximum price for multiple and often simultaneous orders for installation, repair and or modification for the contracted services. JOC is about performance, reliability, dependability and quality. At the same time, JOC is about results and working within budget and time constraints from concept to close out.
TCC has been awarded multiple JOC contracts since 2008 and worked under multiple Emergency Services Contracts since 2002 (prior to JOC development). Our knowledge, expertise and dedication to maximum quality at best value makes us one of Arizona’s premiere JOC contractors.

We have recently executed our fourth renewal for this contract. We are proud of our efforts after the devastating Schultz Fire and resulting floods.

*Prior to this JOC Contract, we administered an “Emergency Services” contract with the City of Cottonwood starting in 2002 and ending in 2008 at which point we began our first JOC Contract. We accomplished a multitude of repairs at all hours of the day and night during the Emergency Services Contract.
